How It Started

Three organizations. One shared belief.

HERizon started with Mollie Lewis. As President of New Riff Distilling, Mollie saw too many young women entering the workforce believing they needed to have it all figured out. They saw leaders as untouchable, opportunities as out of reach, and their own potential as conditional.

Mollie wanted to change that. Through honest conversations over lunch, she began bringing together women from across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to share the truth: everyone struggles with imposter syndrome, pivots happen, and success rarely follows a straight line.

When Rachel DesRochers and Power to Pursue connected with Mollie, they recognized the same thread running through their work. And when Level Up Cincinnati joined the conversation, the final piece clicked into place. The young women in HERizon's audience are exactly who Level Up serves — and exactly who could become the next generation of mentors.

You belong in that room.
