With 20+ years in talent acquisition, Kim transformed recruiting teams at Kao, Prysmian and Elevance. In 2023 she founded ReFlex: Recruiting Flexibility, helping small and mid-sized businesses hire top talent without the complexity.

Mollie wanted to change that. Through honest conversations over lunch, she began bringing together women from across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to share the truth: everyone struggles with imposter syndrome, pivots happen, and success rarely follows a straight line.
When Rachel DesRochers and Power to Pursue connected with Mollie, they recognized the same thread running through their work. And when Level Up Cincinnati joined the conversation, the final piece clicked into place.
